Held from September 18 to 20 at the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou, the China International Concrete Expo features the core theme of “For Innovation, Green Development, Intelligence and Globalization”. The expo showcases cutting-edge technologies, innovative products and industrialized achievements of the concrete and building materials sector, building a high-level platform for technical exchange, result demonstration and business matchmaking across the whole industry. Meng Qinglin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Sinoma Energy Conservation, and Vice President of China Concrete and Cement Products Association, attended the expo.

During the event, Meng Qinglin was invited to the 8th Meeting of the 9th Council of China Concrete and Cement Products Association. Against the backdrop of the industry’s green and low-carbon transition, he shared the company’s practices and insights in technological innovation, digital and intelligent upgrading, and overseas market development. Facing the new phase of stock-based competition in the sector, he addressed key topics for high-quality industrial development and put forward constructive suggestions for the association’s future work on deepening collaborative innovation, supporting enterprises’ global layout and strengthening coordination among branch institutions. Meng also took part in a dedicated procurement matchmaking session with a Vietnamese delegation for in-depth discussions on practical international cooperation covering green building materials and energy-saving engineering.

As the director unit of the Calcium Silicate Cement Board Branch under China Concrete and Cement Products Association, Sinoma Energy Conservation exhibited core solid waste treatment technologies, advanced construction processes for energy-saving building materials, physical models and a range of featured products. The display fully demonstrated the company’s profound technological reserves, key innovation breakthroughs and mature industrial application achievements in energy-saving & environmental protection engineering and new green building materials.

A release conference for industry “New Products, New Technologies, New Equipment and New Applications” was held concurrently with the expo. Thanks to outstanding technological innovation and product competitiveness, the project “Multi-Purpose Stacking & Palletizing Machine for Perforated Thin Steel Plates” developed by Wuhan Building Materials Research Institute won an award at the Intelligent Manufacturing Session. The “Prefabricated Calcium Silicate Board Integrated Wall Panel Project” by Sinoma Energy Conservation (Wuhan) was recognized as an outstanding achievement at the Innovative Materials Session. The two honors testify to the company’s robust capability and leading position in intelligent equipment R&D as well as the development and application of green low-carbon new materials.

Moving forward, Sinoma Energy Conservation will earnestly fulfill its duties as the director unit of the Calcium Silicate Cement Board Branch and actively cooperate with the association’s work plans.
