Sinoma Energy Conservation International Investment Co., Ltd. contributes capital to establish a project company, which is responsible for power station investment, design, construction, operation and maintenance. The property rights of the power station belong to the investor permanently and are not transferred to the owner. Project payback rely on long-term electricity and heat sales revenue.

Sinoma Energy Conservation: Responsible for financing, project full life cycle management, and core technology output.

Total constructing a 36 MWp solar + 7.5 MW WHR hybrid array. 

Meets 70% of the park's electricity demand, with an annual power generation of approximately 110 million kWh.
